iSON Xperiences is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing merchant relationships by promoting payment solutions. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of the payments industry, particularly in digital payments, e-commerce, and financial services, and a passion for engaging customers and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification:
Identify, prospect, and qualify leads for solutions, including payment gateway, fraud prevention, and other related services.
Develop a pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, emails, social media outreach, and leveraging iSON’s existing customer base.
Sales Presentations and Consultations:
Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, focusing on the features and benefits of iSON Xperiences.
Consult with prospects to understand their payment processing needs and offer suitable solutions that align with their business goals.
Client Onboarding and Integration Support:
Assist in the seamless onboarding of new merchants.
Provide support throughout the integration process, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient setup.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client companies, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
Follow up on leads and convert them into customers, ensuring high-quality service throughout the lifecycle.
Sales Process Management:
Track and manage all sales activity in CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive), ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and support teams to align on customer needs, product updates, and feedback.
Market Insights and Strategy:
Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands, providing feedback to internal teams for strategic decision-making.
Proactively suggest new ways to market and improve the sales process.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the customer success, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and satisfaction.
Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to improve product offerings and service delivery.
Required Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inside sales or business development, ideally within the payments, fintech, or e-commerce industries.
Proven track record of success in sales, lead generation, and achieving targets.
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of the payment services ecosystem, including payment gateways, fraud prevention, and merchant services.
Familiarity with payment platforms (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Square) is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver persuasive and clear presentations.
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and sales cycles simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
