Foreman Carpenter – Furniture & Interior Decoration
Location: Ajman, UAE
We are seeking an experienced Foreman Carpenter to join our team specializing in custom furniture, joinery, and interior fit-out projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, joinery, and interior decoration works.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE.
- Proven experience as a Carpentry Foreman or Team Leader.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.
- Strong knowledge of furniture production, installation, and finishing works.
- Experience supervising carpenters and coordinating site activities.
- Ability to manage projects efficiently and ensure quality standards are met.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead carpentry teams in workshop and site operations.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor furniture and interior fit-out projects.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and project deadlines.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality, and safety.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, suppliers, and clients when required.
