Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Foreman to supervise daily workshop activities, coordinate technicians, and ensure vehicle repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support technicians in carrying out repair and maintenance work.
- Allocate jobs and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Perform basic diagnostics and provide technical guidance when required.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors on job status and additional repair requirements.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop tools and equipment.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and follow health and safety procedures.
- Assist in preparing daily workshop reports and maintaining service records.
- Support the training and development of junior technicians.
- Capture and maintain photographic evidence of all spare parts replaced under insurance claims.
- Upload and organize photographs in the company system and insurance portals.
- Label and document replaced and scrap parts accurately.
- Monitor and control scrap parts removed from vehicles during repairs
- Requirements:
- Diploma or Technical Certification in Automotive Technology or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Foreman or Senior Automotive Technician.
- Good knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance procedures.
- Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: QAR3,000.00 – QAR4,000.00 per month
