We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 – 5 years of experience supervising construction site activities and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily site activities.
- Lead and coordinate workers and subcontractors on site.
- Read and interpret shop drawings and construction drawings.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Plan and monitor daily work progress to meet project schedules.
- Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and the project management team.
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve site issues efficiently.
- Monitor materials, manpower, and equipment usage.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4- 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman.
- Arabic speaker (required).
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing construction site operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
