Hiring: Production Foreman
A leading Fiberglass Factory in Umm Al Quwain is looking for an experienced and dedicated Production Foreman to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities and shop floor operations.
- Assign tasks to production workers and ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Monitor the proper use of raw materials and minimize waste.
- Report production issues, equipment breakdowns, and operational challenges to the Production Manager.
- Train, guide, and motivate production staff.
- Prepare daily production and performance reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Production Foreman or Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the fiberglass, composites, construction materials, or industrial manufacturing sector is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
