We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee and manage on-site operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, ensuring projects are completed on time, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently
- Ensure work is completed according to project plans and timelines
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor work quality and resolve any on-site issues
- Report progress to project managers and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of site safety standards and procedures
- Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines
- Willingness to relocate as required by the company

Preferred Qualifications (Plus):
- Experience or knowledge in scaffolding
- Experience or knowledge in formwork
