Job Description:
Create detailed footwear tech packs covering design sketches, materials, construction, components, colors, sizing, measurements, and production specifications.
Work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and product development teams to ensure designs are accurately executed. Review samples and prototypes, provide technical feedback, and make necessary design adjustments.
Research footwear trends, materials, colors, silhouettes, and construction techniques. Maintain accurate and updated technical documentation throughout the product development process.
Ensure the final product meets the approved design, quality, fit, construction, and material specifications.
