Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Visa Typist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and typing visa application forms, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining proper documentation. The Visa Typist will collaborate with clients and visa officers to facilitate the timely and accurate submission of visa applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately type and prepare visa application forms for clients based on provided information.
Ensure that all required documents are correctly formatted, clear, and free of errors.
Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Review and verify information on visa applications to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Provide excellent customer service by answering client inquiries related to visa applications.
Keep up-to-date with the latest visa requirements and processes for different countries.
Collaborate with other team members and visa consultants to ensure smooth application submission.
Maintain and organize client files and records.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a typist, data entry clerk, or similar role.
Familiarity with visa application processes is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Proficient in typing and using computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Docs).
Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
