We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Food Safety Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field and a good understanding of food safety standards, HACCP principles, and ISO requirements. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
The Food Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the implementation of food safety management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain food safety and hygiene standards across operations.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO standards, and UAE food safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and hygiene checks.
- Maintain food safety documentation, records, and reports.
- Identify potential food safety risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Support training of staff on food hygiene practices and safety procedures.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining food safety management systems.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation practices are followed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field (Mandatory).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety standards.
- Good communication skills in English, Urdu/Hindi.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to join immediately.
