As we expand our operations, we are seeking a Project Supervisor – Furniture Projects/Fit out to join our team. This pivotal role will oversee the seamless execution of furniture installation and fit out projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring unparalleled quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: As a Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and conduct regular progress meetings.
Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures and conduct site inspections to uphold standards and meet client expectations.
Budget and Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive issue resolution.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, generate status reports, and communicate progress effectively.
Resource Management: Allocate and monitor resources to optimize project performance, collaborating closely with procurement for timely material sourcing.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary client contact, understand their needs, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications:
Relevenat Bachelor’s degree.
Proven experience in project management, particularly in furniture or fit out.
Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
Strong proficiency in project management software.
Preferably an Arabic speaker.
Flexibility to travel to Saudi Arabia is required.
