About Us:
Al Pinas Boba & Bites Cafe is a grab-and-go café serving Bubble Milk (Boba) Tea, Siomai, Takoyaki, Buffolo Wings, Beef Shawarma Rice, Lumpiang Shanghai(spring roll), Halo Halo and other fast-food favorites. We are looking for a dedicated and energetic QSR Crew Member to join our team and provide fast, high-quality service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve menu items, including Bubble (Boba) Tea, Siomai, Takoyaki, Buffalo Wings, Halo-Halo, Beef Shawarma Rice, and other Filpinas fast food according to company standards.
Operate kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness in the food preparation area.
Take customer orders efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
Handle POS (Point of Sale) system and process transactions accurately.
Ensure proper food handling, safety, and hygiene at all times.
Restock supplies, ingredients, and packaging materials as needed.
Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Assist with inventory management and reporting low-stock items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in both front-of-house and kitchen areas.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-food environment (preferably in a bubble tea shop and Filpinas fast food business).
Strong knowledge of food preparation, beverage mixing, and safe food handling procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a grab-and-go or fast-paced setting.
Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new menu items and preparation techniques.
Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in making bubble tea and fast food is a plus.
Basic knowledge of operating a POS system.
Essential Food Safety Training (EFST) certification is an advantage.
Salary & Location:
Salary: Between AED 1800 to AED 2300 (All Include) Based on the experience
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Candidate must be available in UAE on a Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa, and willing to Join Immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,800.00 – AED2,300.00 per month
