Assist in measuring and marking surfaces for cuts and shapes.
Hold and supply tools, nails, glue, or bolts to the carpenter.
Perform general clean-up of construction sites including removing debris and waste materials.
Help with the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures used in construction.
Prepare the materials as directed by the carpenter, which might include sawing wood, building braces, and mixing concrete.
Operate power tools under the supervision of experienced carpenters.
Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment.
Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
