FOOD CONSULTANT Jobs in Dubai at TALENT SPARK HR
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Food Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on food safety, quality standards, menu development, operational improvements, and regulatory compliance for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultancy services to food and beverage businesses.
- Advise clients on food safety, hygiene, and HACCP implementation.
- Develop and review SOPs, food safety manuals, and operational procedures.
- Conduct food safety audits and inspections.
- Assist with menu planning, product development, and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Municipality and relevant food regulations.
- Deliver training sessions to staff on food safety and hygiene practices.
- Prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food consultancy, quality assurance, or food safety.
- HACCP Certification (preferred).
- Knowledge of UAE food safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and visit client locations when required.
