Job Description
We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our vibrant team at . This role focuses on ensuring exceptional guest dining experiences and supporting back‑of‑house operations. The Supervisor will lead a team, maintain service standards, and drive guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department and delivers a high‑quality guest experience.
- Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
- Supports delivery of plans and objectives where food & beverage initiatives and hotel targets are achieved.
- Supervises the food & beverage team, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department.
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Provides support for department programmes that advance service standards, profitability and cost control.
- Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation and best practice activities for internal and external audit, performing follow‑up as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in food & beverage service.
- Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands‑on approach and lead‑by‑example work style.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and passion for the hospitality industry.
- Creative problem‑solving capabilities and ability to provide support where required.
- Personal integrity and ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy.
- Experience working with IT systems on various platforms.
- Strong communication skills.
