Job Role
We’re looking for an exceptional individual to provide outstanding wait service, ensuring
guest satisfaction
through
effective communication
and timely task completion.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be enthusiastic, and possess a passion for the hospitality industry. While prior experience is not necessary, a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
Responsibilities Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages efficiently.
Operate the POS system accurately, making corrections as needed.
Learn menu content to make recommendations and provide information to guests.
Carry out tasks and responsibilities according to set standards and procedures.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests to ensure seamless information exchange.
Perform all roles and functions within the Food and Beverage department.
