Job Description
Provide strategic and commercial consulting services to F&B businesses, focusing on business growth, profitability, operational performance, and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic growth plans for restaurants and F&B brands.
Analyze financial and operational KPIs, including revenue, food cost, labor cost, margins, and profitability.
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer analysis.
Identify revenue-growth opportunities and develop strategies to improve business performance.
Optimize pricing, menu mix, promotions, and sales channels to maximize profitability.
Develop digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
Evaluate restaurant performance across branches and identify areas for improvement.
Develop operational improvement strategies, SOPs, and performance frameworks.
Provide management with actionable business insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
Support expansion, restructuring, repositioning, and long-term business development initiatives.
Pay: QAR2,000.00 – QAR6,000.00 per month
