Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service
• Accurately take food and beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages according to luxury and fine-dining standards
• Anticipate individual guest preferences and respond promptly to special requests
• Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and beverage offerings
• Ensure tables, dining areas, and service equipment are impeccably prepared and maintained
• Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally and discreetly
• Coordinate effectively with culinary and service teams to ensure timely service
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, grooming, and operational standards
• Maintain strict confidentiality when serving high-profile guests
Requirements
• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or other high-end hospitality environments
• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards, table etiquette, and food and beverage procedures
• Good understanding of food allergens, hygiene standards, and safe food handling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance with a high standard of personal grooming
• Ability to remain composed, attentive, and discreet in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Arabic or another language is an advantage
• Experience using POS systems is preferred
