We are seeking an experienced anddynamicFood & Beverage Managerto oversee all aspects of the F&B operations within our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in hospitality, exceptionalleadershipskills, and the ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences. This role requires managing daily operations, budgeting,staff training, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service across all F&B outlets.
Key Responsibilities
:
Operational Management
:
Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet facilities.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor service quality andguest satisfaction, ensuring prompt resolution of complaints or issues.
Financial Management
:
Prepare and manage the F&B department’s budget, including forecasting revenue and expenses.
Monitor cost control measures, including food costs, labor costs, and inventory.
Develop strategies to increase sales, maximize profitability, and minimize wastage.
Team Leadership
:
Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and bartenders.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and motivate staff.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations by all team members.
Menu Planning and Quality Control
:
Collaborate with chefs and bartenders to designinnovativemenus and beverage lists.
Regularly review menu items based on guest feedback, trends, and profitability.
Ensure consistent quality of food, beverages, and service across all outlets.
Event Management
:
Work closely with the Banquet/Event team to plan and execute weddings, conferences, and other events.
Customize F&B offerings for events and ensure flawless execution.
Guest Engagement
:
Build strong relationships with guests to understand their preferences and ensure repeat business.
Actively seek feedback to enhance theguest experienceand implement improvements.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in F&B management within the hotel or hospitality industry.
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, trends, and industry standards.
Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, andfinancial analysis.
Strongleadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Skills and Competencies
:
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Proficiency in usingPOS systems, Microsoft Office, and other management tools.
Physical Requirements
:
Ability to stand and work for long hours.
