Job Role:
Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. Services existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule. Enhance sales for the assigned product and territory.
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned regions or markets.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Prepare and deliver technical presentations to showcase product solutions and benefits.
· Understand the technical specifications and features of the company’s products.
· Provide technical guidance and support to customers during the pre- and post-sales process.
· Work with Application team to customize solutions based on client requirements.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
· Prepare and submit accurate proposals, quotations, and tenders based on customer needs.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
· Review and finalize contract terms, addressing any technical or commercial concerns.
· Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and problem resolution.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
· Conduct site visits and demonstrations to understand client requirements better.
· Prepare and present sales presentations and training sessions for team members and clients.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market data.
· Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status.
· Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and product performance.
· Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
· Identify potential new markets and segments to expand the business.
· Participate in strategic discussions with management to align sales goals with company vision
Experience: Candidates having experience in Sales of Pumps OR valves OR Water treatment.
