Pay: 2,900.00 (AED) – 3,800.00 (AED) per month
Job description:
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for managing both kitchen and dine-in operations. Key duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Taking orders, cashiering , preparing orders, dispatching orders, All around
- Monitoring and maintaining par levels for all items.
- Checking and controlling food wastage and food costs.
- Managing supplier orders and inventory records.
- Working efficiently with Excel sheets for tracking and reporting.
- Supervising and motivating the kitchen and service teams to ensure high performance and compliance with company standards.
- Ensuring operational efficiency across both kitchen and dine-in areas.
Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Must have prior experience in All around when it comes to operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and maintain team morale while maintaining operational discipline.
- Hands-on leadership with excellent communication skills
- Visa Status: Cancelled Visa / Visit Visa
Qualifications & Skills Required:
-F&B experience in restaurant administration, operations, or a similar role.
-Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.
-Familiarity with HR processes, recruitment, and labor regulations.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Computer Literate (MS Office, POS systems, basic troubleshooting)
