FM Soft Services Supervisor Jobs in Ajman at Mars Properties
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive FM Soft Services Supervisor to oversee and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, aesthetics, waste management, and hospitality services across all common areas of the asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of outsourced soft services contractors, including cleaning, waste management, pest control, and landscaping.
- Conduct daily, rigorous inspections of the mall’s interior common areas, external perimeters, public restrooms, and food courts to ensure flawless presentation.
- Develop and monitor deep-cleaning schedules, waste segregation programs, and sustainable facility management initiatives.
- Manage the inventory and procurement of soft services supplies, ensuring strict cost controls within the allocated budget.
