Join JASARA PMC as an FM Policies, Standards and Guidelines Engineer, where you will be instrumental in shaping the framework for our Facilities Management practices. This role focuses on the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of FM policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory frameworks. You will collaborate with various teams to instill industry best practices and foster a culture of excellence within our facilities management operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and revising FM policies, standards, and guidelines in accordance with current industry practices and regulations

Conduct thorough analysis of existing FM policies to identify gaps and recommend improvements

Research and implement best practices in facilities management to enhance service delivery

Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of FM policies across the organization

Support the dissemination of policy updates and ensure that all team members are trained on new standards and procedures

Monitor compliance with FM policies and report any deviations or issues for resolution

Assist in conducting regular audits of facilities management operations against established standards

Engage with regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to local and international FM regulations

Prepare detailed reports for management outlining policy status, compliance metrics, and areas for improvement

Participate in training programs and workshops to raise awareness of FM policies and standards within the organization

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related role focusing on policies and standards development

Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and industry best practices

Proficient in writing technical documents and policies with a clear and concise communication style

Excellent analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams

Experience in training and educating staff on policies and compliance standards

Familiarity with regulatory requirements impacting facilities management operations
