FM Manager Jobs in Dubai at Affordable group of companies
Responsible for managing multiple FM projects and ensuring efficient operations, maintenance, and service delivery across sites in compliance with SLAs, safety standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple FM contracts and site operations.
- Oversee Hard FM & Soft FM services (MEP, HVAC, civil, cleaning, etc.).
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance as per SLAs.
- Lead site teams, supervisors, and technicians.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure HSE compliance.
- Coordinate with clients and ensure service satisfaction.
- Support mobilization and contract execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 8–10 years FM experience managing multiple projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and FM operations.
- Experience in team and contract management.
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
