FM Engineer – Electro mechanical Jobs in Doha at NHP Trading & Contracting W.L.L
Language Requirements Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is necessary Education Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. Master’s Degree or Diploma is an advantage. Experience Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Facilities Management, Operations, or Maintenance. At least 3 years of experience managing similar FM operations/projects within the GCC region. Experience in educational facilities, commercial buildings, or similar environments is preferred. Technical Competencies Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including: o Electrical Systems o Control Systems o ELV Systems o Building Management Systems (BMS) Familiarity with building maintenance standards and regulations applicable in Qatar. Sound knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems and regulations. Certifications KAHRAMAA Grade B Classification (preferred). QCDD Certified Engineer (preferred). Any additional FM, HSE, or Maintenance-related certifications will be an advantage.
Pay: QAR3,697.37 – QAR8,000.00 per month
