Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field is essential.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a similar role within a corporate environment.
Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP) are highly preferred.
Proven track record in managing large-scale facilities with a focus on operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered an asset for diverse workplace environments.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data to drive informed decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders and team members.
Must possess a proactive attitude, with the ability to anticipate problems and implement effective solutions promptly.
