FM Coordinator and FM Quotation maker Jobs in Abu Dhabi at JOYS BROTHERS CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE LLC
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Operations:
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Coordinate regular maintenance and repair schedules for building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
Ensure the facility is fully operational, addressing issues like power outages, heating/cooling issues, or plumbing problems promptly.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for building services such as cleaning, security, landscaping, and repairs.
Monitor and track vendor performance, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Budget and Expense Tracking:
Assist in developing and managing the facility’s budget for maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
Track facility-related expenses and help manage cost control initiatives.
Space Management:
Assist in planning and optimizing facility space usage.
Help with office layouts, workstation allocations, and maintaining proper inventory of furniture and equipment.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and ensure the facility is prepared for emergencies (fire drills, evacuation plans, first aid kits, etc.).
Maintain up-to-date records of safety inspections and incident reports.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
