FM Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily facilities management operations and maintenance activities.
  • Prepare and manage work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and service reports.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor staff attendance, deployment, and site activities.
  • Maintain records of maintenance requests, quotations, invoices, and contracts.
  • Prepare reports and update management on operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and follow up on service requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Facilities Management coordination.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience with CAFM systems is an advantage.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
