FM Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily facilities management operations and maintenance activities.
- Prepare and manage work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and service reports.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor staff attendance, deployment, and site activities.
- Maintain records of maintenance requests, quotations, invoices, and contracts.
- Prepare reports and update management on operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and quality standards.
- Handle customer complaints and follow up on service requests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Facilities Management coordination.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with CAFM systems is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
