Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented FF&E Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, architecture, and procurement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, specifying, and coordinating furniture, fixtures, and equipment for luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. Prior experience in the Fit-Out Industry is highly preferred.
As an FF&E Specialist, you will collaborate with interior designers, architects, and procurement teams to ensure the seamless integration of FF&E elements into high-end design projects. Your expertise in materials, finishes, and supplier management will be essential in delivering innovative and aesthetically superior design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Curate and source furniture, lighting, textiles, finishes, and decorative accessories aligned with project design concepts.
Develop and present FF&E mood boards, material boards, and specification documents to clients and project stakeholders.
Liaise with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers to obtain samples, pricing, and lead times, ensuring cost-effective selections.
Prepare detailed FF&E schedules, procurement lists, and cost estimates to maintain budget alignment.
Coordinate with design, architectural, and procurement teams to integrate FF&E elements into overall project execution.
Oversee installations and conduct site visits to ensure FF&E elements are implemented per design specifications.
Ensure compliance with sustainability standards, industry regulations, and project-specific requirements.
Stay updated on market trends, materials, and innovations to enhance the FF&E selection process.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in FF&E design, interior design, or architecture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and MS Office.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture suppliers, and procurement processes.
Experience in luxury residential or commercial projects is preferred.
Prior experience in the Fit-Out Industry is an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 – AED18,000.00 per month
