Central Flow Lead, INFC Central Flow Team

The Central Flow Lead is responsible for managing the volume and workflow of multiple Fulfillment Centers (FCs) from a remote centralized location.
This position requires the candidate to work a mandatory night shift schedule and, if necessary, odd or long hours.
Responsibilities
Manage the workflow of orders across multiple processes.
Manage customer experience while minimizing fulfillment costs across multiple FCs.
Communicate workflow status with Operations Managers and Area Managers, escalating any customer experience risks, SLA failures, or deviations from Standard Work.
Act as an advisor to FC operations and senior operations teams based on their holistic view of workflow throughout the FC.
Facilitate communication between multiple areas of the operation.
Provide operational insights to the Amazon Fulfillment Technology (AFT) team and collaborate to develop advanced automated flow control systems for FC operations.
Manage flow settings for outbound operations across multiple FCs based on shift plans.
Understand the responsibilities boundary between Operations on the floor and Central Flow as defined by Standard Work.
Execute outbound flow operations and communicate customer experience risks and performance opportunities to FC operations systematically.
Develop and execute shift plans based on FC operational requirements, adjusting as variables change.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Work 40 hours per week, with overtime as required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Languages known.
