We are looking for a Flow Controller to support the smooth operation of automated conveyor and parcel handling systems. The role is responsible for clearing parcel jams, monitoring conveyor performance, and ensuring uninterrupted operational flow within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor conveyor and parcel handling systems during operations
• Clear parcel jams and obstructions to maintain system efficiency
• Respond promptly to alarms, warnings, and operational issues
• Identify the root cause of conveyor and parcel flow disruptions
• Escalate equipment faults and maintenance requirements to the appropriate team
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting within the scope of training
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Support operational continuity through proactive issue identification and resolution
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with conveyor systems, warehouse automation, logistics operations, material handling systems, or similar environments
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively under pressure
• Strong attention to safety procedures and operational standards
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts
