Job Title: Florist (Arabic Speaking)
We are looking for an experienced and creative Arabic-speaking Florist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design fresh flower arrangements, bouquets, and floral displays for various occasions.
- Prepare floral arrangements according to customer requirements and company standards.
- Maintain flower quality, freshness, and proper storage conditions.
- Assist customers with flower selection and provide recommendations.
- Handle daily flower care, inventory management, and stock organization.
- Decorate event venues and special occasions when required.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a florist.
- Fluent in Arabic; English communication skills are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, floral design techniques, and care procedures.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about floral arrangements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
