Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Part-Time Florist with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in floral design, specializing in artificial bridal bouquets and wedding floral arrangements. The ideal candidate should possess excellent artistic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create elegant, customized designs that meet clients’ preferences and event themes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create high-quality artificial bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and wedding floral accessories.
- Produce customized floral arrangements for weddings, engagements, and special occasions.
- Select and combine artificial flowers, greenery, ribbons, and decorative materials to achieve premium designs.
- Consult with clients to understand their vision and provide professional recommendations.
- Ensure all floral products are completed on time while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Maintain inventory of artificial flowers and floral supplies.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in bridal floral design and wedding décor.
- Assist with packaging, presentation, and preparation of orders for delivery or collection.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a florist or floral designer.
- Strong specialization in artificial & real flower bridal bouquet design.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills with a strong eye for color and composition.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under deadlines.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in wedding and event floral styling is highly preferred .
- Flexible availability to work part-time, including weekends and during peak wedding seasons if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or formal training in floral design is an advantage.
- Knowledge of current wedding and event decoration trends.
- Ability to create matching floral sets and custom-themed arrangements.
Pay: AED20.00 – AED25.00 per hour
