Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced florist with a minimum of 2 years in the floral industry. The ideal candidate should have strong floral arrangement skills, creativity, and excellent customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, funerals, corporate events, and everyday bouquets.
Maintain and care for flowers, plants, and other floral supplies to ensure freshness and quality.
Assist customers in selecting flowers and provide expert advice on floral care and arrangement options.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure the shop is well-stocked with fresh flowers and accessories.
Handle customer transactions, including phone and online orders.
Set up floral displays and decorations for special events.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a florist or floral designer.
Strong knowledge of different flowers, plants, and floral arrangement techniques.
Creativity and an eye for design and color combinations.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and ordering supplies.
Physical ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy flower arrangements if needed.
