Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and professional Telecaller with experience in consulting services, especially in tax advisory and deal advisory. You will be responsible for generating leads, following up on inquiries, and promoting our services to key decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing contacts to promote tax advisory and deal advisory services.
Identify and qualify leads for further business development.
Schedule meetings and follow up on inquiries.
Maintain a database of contacts and track communication.
Provide timely updates on lead generation efforts and conversion metrics.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing questions and concerns about our services.
Requirements:
Experience in telecalling, preferably within consulting services (tax and deal advisory).
Strong understanding of tax advisory and deal advisory concepts is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Candidates must be based in the UAE.
Must have an own visa or sponsor visa (this is mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a consulting or financial advisory firm.
Ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
