Role Description
This is a full-time, Flooring Contracts Executive position based in Dubai. The role involves managing flooring contracts from initiation to completion, liaising with clients and contractors, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Key responsibilities include preparing and negotiating contract terms, overseeing the project execution, conducting site inspections, sourcing materials, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Experience in contract negotiation, management, and administration.
- Knowledge of flooring materials, products, and installation practices.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in communication and client relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience within the interior design or construction industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management tools is desirable.
