What Were Looking For
– 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably in the tech or startup space
– Solid copywriting and storytelling skills (in English, Italian is a plus)
– Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Notion, etc.
– Strong understanding of content marketing and audience engagement
– Creative mindset, team player, self-driven and proactive
Your responsibilities will include:
– Defining and executing the social media strategy
– Creating engaging and original content for Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube
– Monitoring performance and analytics, and optimizing campaigns
– Collaborating with the marketing, design, and product teams
– Building and nurturing a strong tech-savvy online community
– Managing day-to-day interactions with followers, clients, and micro-influencers
