Job Description:
Cup & Go is looking for an experienced and hands-on Floor Manager to oversee daily café operations and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service quality, and creating a welcoming environment for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Lead, train, and motivate the café team
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor staff performance and ensure proper scheduling
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
- Coordinate with kitchen/barista team for efficient service
- Handle opening and closing procedures
- Track inventory and report stock requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in a café or restaurant
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
