monitoring the safe progress of each flight complying with GACAR regulations and company rules and regulations outlined.
Operational:
Monitor all aircraft movement in-flight and maintain a weather watch within the dispatch area of operation.
_Comply and log all radio calls and SELCAL check.
_Sending weather update to the aircraft in-flight.
_Check all data posted in AIMS Movement Control or Flight Log manager for accuracies, such as departure/arrival time, Fuel Information’s, PAX load and Delay reason & take-of/landing if any. _Ensure that the delay information reflected in AIMS system is correct by gathering information from Ground Operations and/or Pilot Report.
_Report any aircraft having difficulty in radio communication particularly on HF radio as well as those aircraft without ACARS movement to Flight Dispatcher, Duty Manager & Line Managers for immediate action and rectification.
_Attend, comply, and complete all regulatory training that pertains to the department and company.
_Log all abnormalities related to operations in NOC Logbook as required by regulations.
_Perform other related duties as assigned by NOC Duty Manager or Flight Watch Supervisor or Line Managers.
