Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing assistance and answering basic inquiries when needed.
Perform routine cleaning of public areas such as lobbies, corridors, elevators, lounges, restrooms, and other guest-accessible spaces.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all designated areas to maintain cleanliness and tidiness.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly to uphold hygiene standards.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of public restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with supplies (e.g., toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels).
Regularly clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, mirrors, and other fixtures to maintain high sanitary standards.
Report any maintenance issues or damages found in public areas promptly to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Adhere to the hotel’s policies and standards, including those related to cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance.
Qualifications:
High school diploma
One year experience as housekeeping public attendant in the Hotel.
Experience using cleaning equipment and products.
Flexible working hours.
Physical mobility and stamina.
