Position Overview
The Technical Engineer is responsible for the customer complaint handling for Passenger, Truck and Speciality tyres in UAE. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service. The engineer will ensure that all work is performed efficiently and meets the company’s quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for managing communication & resolving customer complaints and providing after sales support
· Product performance follow-up
· Customer Service: Interact with customers to provide recommendations, explain services, and answer any questions regarding tyre care and maintenance
· Provide the proper reporting documentation and provide presentation material for tracking, discussion and review
· Provide technical training to field sales staff and customers
· Participate in design and creation of training materials that increase brand awareness
· Ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the stages of the complaint process
· Reporting to principal on monthly basis
· Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your coworkers.
Key Skills
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of tyre technology, installation, and repair techniques.
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in performing tasks to ensure quality and safety.
Communication: Good verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining quality service.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive technology or a related field is preferred. Basic knowledge of excel and power point
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in tyre industry (technical).
UAE Driving license
Fluent in English, Hindi and having Arabic as an advantage
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., ASE certification) in tyre service or automotive repair are advantageous but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
