Job Summary:
- Sell trucks and buses as per department standards and company policy.
- Supervise the daily transactions and provide periodic reports.
- Maximize vehicle fleet sales opportunities from new & existing customers while building strong relationships to leverage future purchases.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct visits & calls to the potential & existing corporate Clients.
- Consult the clients on the required vehicle based on their needs, purpose of use, & budget.
- Present & display all the technical, interior, external, price, and safety features of the vehicle that the client is willing to buy.
- Prepare and submit daily visits report.
- Follow up the documentation process for the sold vehicles and updating the client accordantly.
- Follow up the delivery of the sold vehicle to the client.
- Target corporate clients including Government, Multinationals, Auto Leasing Rental agencies or SMEs.
- Perform Cold calls, networking, visit potential customers in order to carry out sales prospecting.
- Analyse customer needs, propose accurate solutions including service, maintenance road assistance, insurance and financing so as to provide complete offerings.
- Make professional client presentations that promote price-value advantage.
- Provide quotations and follow up with customers after presentations.
- Keep a record of customer information for customer call reports.
- Prepare proposals based on customers’ requirements and standard technical specifications.
- Answer customer inquiries with regard to product specifications, pricing, and payment methods.
- Coordinate with ILD department regarding financing and credit deals and assist in handling credit applications.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements and follow through to facilitate receivables payment.
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity and submit accurate sales forecasts.
- Update the dealership records with customer information to ensure that the database is fully and accurately maintained.
- Be presentable at all times in regards to appearance (dress, cleanliness) and ethics.
- Make at least 5 customers’ visit a day; following up with existing customers and penetrate new customers.
- Prepare calculations / quotations and submit it to customers. Enter the calculation details into CRM.
- Prepare Brand Specs with the support of Branch Manager for on-order chassis.
- Follow up the quotations and finalize the deals.
- Prepare delivery form and deliver the trucks.
- Responsible for proper delivery of vehicles to customer site.
- Responsible for collecting payments and installments from customers on time.
- Act like an ambassador for Brand/HHA in all aspects
