Fleet Officer – Car Rental Jobs in Dubai at One By One Car Rental
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years in the glass and aluminum industry within the GCC region.
Transportation: Must own a car.
License: Valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand the client base in the glass and aluminum industry.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and project managers to drive sales growth.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
Project Sales Coordination: Work closely with the project team to ensure seamless coordination between sales commitments and project execution.
Product Presentation & Negotiation: Conduct presentations, negotiate pricing, and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Technical Consultation: Provide clients with technical insights and recommendations on glass and aluminum products based on project requirements.
Order Management & Follow-Up: Ensure timely order processing, follow up on payments, and coordinate deliveries with the operations team.
Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain records of sales activities, prepare sales reports, and provide management with regular sales forecasts.
Brand Representation: Act as a representative of the company at industry events, networking meetings, and trade exhibitions to promote brand awareness.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of glass and aluminum products.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
