About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced OB Fleet Manager to oversee the management, maintenance, and deployment of our OB fleet. In this role, you’ll ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and seamless coordination with engineering, production, and logistics teams to support live broadcasts.
As part of our One Team, you’ll foster collaboration and efficiency while upholding the highest ethical standards. You’ll be a reliable leader, ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, and drive innovation to optimize fleet management.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and optimize OB truck deployments for seamless operations.
Ensure fleet compliance with transport regulations and safety standards.
Oversee maintenance, repairs, and technical troubleshooting.
Supervise drivers and support staff, promoting a One Team culture.
Manage budgets, track costs, and drive innovative efficiency improvements.
Coordinate logistics for national/international broadcasts.
Maintain ethical and transparent operational practices.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of fleet management experience, ideally in broadcasting or live events.
Strong knowledge of OB truck operations, fleet compliance, and maintenance.
Reliableleadership, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
