Responsible for recruiting and onboarding Fleet companies to grow supply efficiently and thereby meet our company’s growth targets.Responsibilities:
Develop Journeys with an analytical view.
Implement ongoing communication with existing Fleet companies through Calls, email campaigns.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports to monitor Fleet companies’ performance with analytics & insights from available data.
Recommend tools and implementation strategy for continued growth.
Support the working relationships between departments through clear communication.
Serves as a role model by demonstrating a positive attitude, professionalism, and dedication to staff, which encourages teamwork and professionalism throughout the office.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
3+ years work experience working in a similar role.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Creative problem-solving.
A strategic and analytical mindset.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Management – Economics, Statistics, or similar field.
