Job Title:
Vehicle Service Manager Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts, or any Graduation Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma (Engineering is preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all vehicle service-related issues and managing the repairs and maintenance of vehicles to maximize fleet utilization.
Timely vehicle delivery to drivers with utmost care and
precision
.
Ensuring high-quality parts replacement and thorough quality checks before delivery.
Maintaining accurate records of spare parts warranty and ensuring timely replacements.
Monitoring real-time system records of vehicles for optimal performance.
DIRECTING REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF VEHICLES USING IN-HOUSE MECHANIC STAFF OR OUTSOURCING TO APPROVED VENDORS AS APPROPRIATE.Identifying and addressing driver negligence in vehicle services and reporting to management for necessary action.
Auditing service invoices by verifying parts and labor rates associated with vehicle services performed.
Maintaining precise records of fleet and equipment repairs and maintenance.
Required
Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a similar role.
Proven experience in automotive mechanical diagnosis and repair.
