Fitting Technician
Purpose
To serve as both a technical reference and a fitter within the team.
Key Activities
Includes all activities of a Fitter, plus:
Provide technical guidance and support to ensure compliance with standards.
Validate operating procedures (instruction sheets for new programs).
Act as team leader in case of absence.
Prepare and deliver training sessions.
Perform highly skilled tasks (technical challenges, equipment adjustments, inspections).
Take initiative in selecting methods, processes, and tools.
Present solutions and results, and execute specialized operations with oversight.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
