Night-shift in office for highly qualified English speaking leads.
The number of closed deals is expected to be double the day-shift.
Experience in Dubai real estate would be high advantage.

U-S people in highly expected to be directed to invest in Dubai starting January.
Responsibilities:
Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Developing a competitive market price by comparing several properties.
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Handle leads and clients requirements and targets wisely.
Requirements:
Experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson is preferable.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of Dubai off-plan and secondary market.
Languages: perfect English Speakers.
