Role Description
We are looking for a HANDS ON Restaurant Manager (Front and Back of House) to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and leading a well-coordinated team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and committed to maintaining high operational standards while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
Lead and support the team, maintaining a hands-on approach in daily tasks.
Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
Manage staff hiring, training, and performance to build a strong, motivated team.
Maintain clear and effective communication across all departments.
Uphold food safety standards and compliance with local regulations.
Optimize workflows and operational efficiency to enhance productivity.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in both front and back of house.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in hiring, training, and team management.
Solid knowledge of food & beverage operations and food safety regulations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
