About the Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Fitness Professional to
join our team
at Jumeirah Oasis Village. The main duties include:
Designing and implementing personalized fitness programs, including workout routines, assessments, and progress tracking.
Leading group fitness classes such as aerobics, yoga, Pilates, or strength training, ensuring they are engaging and suitable for various fitness levels.
Providing one-on-one personal training sessions, offering guidance, motivation, and support to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
Maintaining fitness equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition, clean, and reporting malfunctions.
Enforcing
safety protocols
for equipment and facilities to prevent injuries.
Offering excellent customer service by addressing fitness needs, answering questions, and advising on health and
wellness
topics.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
3–5 years of experience as a fitness professional, personal trainer, or in a related role within a gym, health club, or hotel environment.
Problem-solving skills
