Responsibilities
- Lead engaging fitness classes:
Deliver individual and group workouts that are motivating, effective, and tailored to a variety of fitness levels and goals. - Support safe exercise practice:
Monitor guests during workouts to correct form, provide assistance, and answer questions as needed to support safe and effective fitness. - Maintain industry knowledge:
Stay up to date on the latest exercise science, fitness trends, and instructional techniques to enhance the guest experience. - Support club operations:
Conduct opening and closing procedures, assist with general club tasks, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. - Maintain a clean and inviting environment:
Keep studios, locker rooms, equipment, and common areas clean and organized in compliance with health and safety standards. - Ensure facility safety:
Assist in monitoring facility and equipment usage.
